Honestly have to say playing this game was quite- fresh experience, actually. I loved being an PR; my entire strategy consisted of doing nothing at all and get praised when inevitable town circle rolls over the scum  And it worked!! | ||

For a while, was considering trying to make a go of it as 1v9 or 1v8, but then realized town would just focusfire down the KP roles until we were all dead. Things we failed at: Bluesniping. We were the best greensniping team TL mafia has ever seen  But seriously, our blue reads were fail. Also, we didn't manage to outthink the medics, they screwed us up a couple times  Infiltrating the town circle/breaking up the mafia plan. I got in the circle and got confirmed, but couldn't get any information. Young was too under suspicion to ever get allowed into the circle. Tree died to a ninja-shot before he could do too much (he had a pretty sick plan tho, that might have worked). We were too connected (well, my team was anyway lol). Not saying my team sucked, they were all great and I had a lot of fun playing with them. We just... didn't quite get the town-chaos we wanted going. The fact that the entire game took place in PM land from day 3 on really hobbled us too. Things that BB did well at: Well, I did manage to fool town into thinking I really was MH, and blindside everyone with the GF-ness, so that's something, right? Also, I got Pandain lynched instead of youngminii, and then town promptly forgot about him. That was funny. Kind of the end of my good play, though. Things that happened this game that made me rage: Ninjas all throwing in with town. Seriously, guys? You're all supposed to work towards your goal. Your goal is not "use your dt checks and chopsticks to help town find mafia" your goal is "KILL OTHER NINJAS". The ninjas in the circle, in addition to the stupid number of trackers, basically fucked us. We couldn't break into the circle, we couldn't really do much to stop it from forming, all we could do was watch and silently rage that our days were numbered. BC, you were the most guilty of this, sorry. I know you're a good player, but you weren't playing towards your goal this game, so it makes me glad that you didn't end up winning. The fact that you knew BM's role day 2/3 and didn't immediately shoot is just fuckin' dumb. You were afraid of town fucking you over? You would have won the game and been removed from it the instant you killed BM. Yet you stayed on to help town out. Not smart play, and it was really unfair to mafia (might be biased though, lol). In the end tho, I thought my first-ever outing as mafia was a success. GG all, I'll get you next time > | ||

My guess is if you had gotten the time to read the thread and managed to navigate pass BM/Pyrr's rampant spam you would've gotten down to the core of things. I had no trouble getting info from the thread; the pm's weren't really an impediment and things were really obvious on both sides just from the thread, though it's not entirely clear how certain people came to certain deductions etc. Mafia had many ways of winning they just played extremely passively when the town had holes wide open due to bad plans and having the wrong people in charge. They could've faked more roles considering the already bizarre role setup, put more doubt on the town 'leaders', pushed Pyrrs/BMs theories more, and frankly should have known every role by night 2/3 or so. Main thing was their hits couldn't have been worse. The fact that almost all the blues were alive at the end says a lot despite how open everything was. | ||

I was third party and when i started suspecting bum, you should have had him try and convert me in some way. At that point I would potentially have not only shot bm but given you the town list of blues (yes I had it then). Instead you guys hoped I would instead vanish from the game. Hell, if you were so worried you could have offed me or bm to remove us both since we were both helping town. Yes I helped more than he did, but I was riding on town to help me win. I should have shot a day earlier than I did if anything, but your side would have still been in a terrible spot since They already knew who to check / systematically off. You guys should have tried to convert me, or helped bm off me, etc... The moment my smurf was revealed someone should have clued into what my role was (pyrr did, as did a few others) or at least had an hunch. I will admit based on my play I didn't deserve to win, but neither did BM. I honestly wish we could redo it and pandain won it, as the only reason he really died was for misreading his role pm. However, in either scenario, your mafia really didn't deserve to win either. | ||
