Definitely does ;S unless you're arguing sementics in that she gains a charge instead of cd reset, but in either case she is able to use her ult again with every kill or assist. It even is superior to normal resets because you can save the stacks. | ||

only at max level. it's 2 seconds at level 1 and 1.5 at level 2. a reset refreshes cooldowns. If you're gonna consider low cd spells resets then karthus also has a reset | ||

I guess yi no longer has resets now too. ssb got out picked, no hard cc to deal with SSW. If SSB tries to counter this strat with a ban, they'll get hit by so many strong meta picks. The only way to properly deal with this comp is to draft some hard CC. | ||
