well worth watching
It ignores such insignificant forces as time, entropy, and death

c9 shouldn't even be mad, that was glorious series.

Yeah, they were good 1 game atleast.

even the losses had a lot of great/lol moments. was a solid series for sure.

sneaky definitely deserves some respect now. dude showed up big. best adc na no doubt

I will agree that Sneaky definitely played well this entire series, but to be fair: Game 1 was a stomp for C9, game 2 and 3 were complete stomps by Blue and the last game was a stomp aswell, just because Dade is retarded enough to get caught like a bronze player doesnt actually mean C9 even remotely deserved to win that game 4. Hai was soooooo heavy that game. Hai & Acorn just kept doing stupid stuff the entire game

How was game 4 a stomp? C9 had full control of the game until they hard threw in the jungle with that 4 - 0.

Hai has such a good attitude.

Full control? dont make me laugh, go rewatch the game. Hai had 100 CS less then Yasuo the entire game, they barely couldnt teamfight and they were on a timer, just because they got caught didnt mean they wouldnt get crushed later on. They tried to end because that was their only shot, so if Dade wasnt so fucking dumb the game would have ended and been considered a stomp for sure. But everyone is busy being ignorant, *the gap is closer* yeah I can see that rofl.

NA & EU keep being trash please.

Honestly I feel like c9 should just try to pull a fnc and put their shotcaller on a role he can focus on what he does well like support or even top. They have a full lcs season to try random shit like that and can just go back to their standart if it doesn't work out for the one after it.

Uh, Hai was a jungler before, but do you really consider putting him there.
+ Vulcun example is still here.

Compared with S3 the Western scene cauught up a lot to KR scene.

Still a gap, but not as big as SKT roflstomping everyone.

yeah, now korea only roflstomps 2 games instead of 3.

33% improvement. those are big numbers in business.

Also C9 roflstomped in game one so overall it's a lot better.

Just watched the vods. Great series from C9. Sneaky def a world class adc. Hai was just outmatched too hard in mid. Blue also with better teamfighting and less crucial mistakes mid and late game. Deserved win for sure.

They have meteos. The vulcun example is perfect because they didn't actually swap for a good reason.I mean zuna was kept on the team for being a good shotcaller. The team vulcun and good shotcalling aren't exactly what I envision. Also they put their best player on another position. That made no sense.Balls could be a better mid laner or they could just get a good mid and send hai on support.Lomonation is kept on the team for picks and shit not so much for actual gameplay.

If you are really good you can completely ignore 2v2 and always swap and even if you have to lane support is the easiest role to learn from nothing.A player who has played since pre s1 switching to a knowledge based role should be possible.

Games 1 and 4 are the must watch ones. Games 2 and 3 if you have time.

Honestly, there isn't a good infrastructure in place in the Western scene (yet) to try and nurture/grow players for various roles. Overall, I'd say NA focuses on mid and ADC players the most, EU with mid and jungle. There's a real lack of talent in top and support in the West, and jungler can use some more depth as well.

That said, I think if we see another year of growth in NA and EU in terms of team competativeness, then in s5 Worlds we might see a Western team make it to semis, maybe even the finals if the team does well in groups (assuming Riot keeps the same tourney format for next year).

Yes 2-0 stats don't lie, Balls Rumble was like 24-0 or something before ytd, guess he should've picked it every game.

Also Lucian was banned in games 2 and 3, don't remember 4 as I fell asleep.

Man the fanboyism on Sneaky was so huge in the first game. Dude would have gotten praised for last-hitting a support 100-1'd by the rest of the team, or getting a string of crits.
Cant take LMS hipsters serious.

Infrastructure =/= soloqueue talents.
Everyone knows that most contested roles in soloqueue is mid/adc, it was always like that, in every MOBA + most toplane mains in soloqueues are those "carries", who play Rivens, Lee Sins and Fioras 24/7, ofc there is hole.

Even though.
> EU
> jungle

That's why there are 2,5 competent junglers in region and 2,5 mids as well.

> NA
> mid
That's why top-2 midlaners in NA are Dane and Chinese with noone close and i'm not sold on NA adcs either, need to see at least second Altec's season, Sneaky is on his peak already, Lift2x's peak is passed + if Piglet really gets transferred, will be fun to see how are NA marksmen are matched against him.

But anyway, if we're assuming that Worlds will have same format since this year, Korea will always have 2-3 spots in semifinals with Western teams battling with lowest Korean seed and Chinese top dogs for random bracket luck spots.

Lol why would you recommend game one. It was pretty much just a montage of heart getting caught. Imo game two three four were must watches.

I just watched it and it seemed like it all snowballed from that level 1 kill then bot lane getting another kill on heart. A little disappointed that that was the game C9 won instead of some epic back and forth one.

Because c9 won.It could be a super boring and awful game(like that one) and most people would still say it is a must watch.
