The match only looked close because pawn was playing awful and imp was doing his best zoonie impression, I do think EDG can match up better to the samsungs than they showed here but clearlove's gotta start appearing in the early game.

The Korean teams probably start taking things less seriously against non-Korean teams if they already have a weakness they can use against them. I don't think Imp would pull the same yolostrats against Blue/NJWS. I hope to see at least one non-Korean team do well against a Korean team this Worlds. That's all. I'm also really curious which one that'll be. Only contenders I can think of are SHRC, maybe OMG and maybe Alliance with EDG's play so far. | ||

I dont see a reason to rate Alliance over Fnatic or Cloud 9. All pretty much the same level when it comes to potential performance at worlds. | ||

You're already counting out EDG after one loss against the favourites of the tournament? :-I IMO they still showed some quality against White in the later stages of their match and I'd probably still rate them as the #1 non-Korean team right now. Not that many high quality matches today unfortunately, I don't expect SK to do anything and DP will obviously get stomped by EDG and White. The opening match of TPA vs SK and later TSM vs TPA will still be very interesting for storyline purposes and hype. | ||

they played the entire game around trying to kill orianna or making sure her ult was on cd before making moves also samsung just got a LOT of objectives and EDG was too slow to react and they lost a lot of free towers that way | ||
