BR aren't that bad now with all the money and Koreans being thrown around, other regions still blow. I think that wildcard should be straya/turkey/russia/SA and give BR their own seed.

if i see them succeed when wickd plays anything else than irelia i will agree but for now i think they suck, their ward control is inferior to pretty much every other team in this tournament all they have is mechanics but it doesnt mean much when their team play and champion pool is horrible
