Ye, because of it Impact and Piglet were feeding out of their mind and Pooh with Bengi were getting caught in tricky situations every 2 minutes.
SKT just enjoyed the life and game tonight and still beat OMG and Fnatic convincingly, that's the real deal.

Fnatic should really hope that miracles can happen tonight, Faker will play Janna mid and other things will be same.
Else it will be brutal.

Janna mid is legit fuck you

Pretty funny how desperately some people are trying to justify fnatic getting stomped on by trollcomp + xpeke'd in the same game. How can you actually think that was a legit game?
Sufficiently advanced stupidity is indistinguishable from trolling. IGN: Mierin

As usual korean's apologist will pull out the most moronic ideas to justify korean might.

Lololololololol. We don't have to justify skt's 4-0 in groups.

Looking at pure numbers, what are we having to justify LOL

T1 K was far from "trolling" that game, it was pretty obvious on their facecams that they were serious and wanted to win. Still can't take a game where they pick a teamcomp for the sake of skins seriously though and it's pretty obvious they are a level ahead of everyone in this tournament. (and it will show vs fnatic tomorrow)

But putting rivalries aside, I think that it's just amazing that we're all from different countries around the world having a discussion together across time zones about a video game tournament. :D

We can't discuss international games because we're just justifying performance of some region one way or another
Americans don't like to use unblockables, it is considered not honest. You press a button at the wrong time and hit the other person, you are random, not a top player. You DP Sim's far fierce, it is random and not honest.

Not according to what SK Telecom T1 K members said. Impact specifically mentioned that the game was not played seriously since they were already through to the next round.

SKT wasn't trolling around on the level of TSM's big worlds troll, but you can't deny that picking the skin comp put them at a disadvantage compared to being able to pick actual meta champs

Fnatic almost won against skt if that was not for this baron throw... This is not being a delusional EU fan sry.

what? not even close to "almost winning"
fnatic never came close to winning a straight up 5v5 fight
they just pubtrained for the majority of the game, taking kills by number advantage
more than once SKT came out ahead in 4v5 fights after fnatic focused 1 person

you do know that in the middle of the game, fnatic was ahead in kills and towers, yet SKT was still ahead in gold?

the baron fight was just a catalyst for the inevitable outcome of the game, imo
jax/vayne were getting to late game, fnatic never had much team fight power to begin with

Pretty big disadvantage. The only meta champs they got was lee sin and jax. They blind picked the vayne. Which is hugeeeee. Picks ban was pretty big disadvantage from skt.

Thank you for this.
I mean they picked their own skins, how was this not an indication that SKT wasn't exactly taking it seriously? Has anyone seen a Zyra at all this season in competitive play?

They run the vayne/zyra against C9 to be fair, but the overall comp is far from optimal. Hell SKT didn't run this comp ever during S3 worlds

The 2nd game in the finals vs Royal, SKT picked Jax, Lee, Zed, Ezreal, and Zyra. Only thing that wasn't the same was Vayne, because Uzi had first picked her.

Didn't they beat whit3zz's kassadin with that comp? Confirmed, the comp was a kassadin counterpick SKT confirmed tryharding fnatic stronk, EU stronk 2-1 incoming.
