Well LCS isn't region locked. It's just a far bigger investment since it's LAN as opposed to the online that is WCS. This will naturally make it less likely to become all foreign teams. I think the more likely trend is what's happening with TSM/CLG where you have a NA team bringing in foreign players. For a really long time in dota you basically never had NA only foreign teams that could compete globally. Instead always had NA players mix with Euros to form teams. Funny enough this is actually still true since the last full NA team know of was liquid and they got one euro now. | ||
