It's not just that. When TF got nerfed, his biggest nerfs were the E cooldown reduction removal and the R CD nerf. As a result, his R has a 3 minutes cooldown so he can't really do much. With some CDR, however, he applies a LOT more pressure to the map, and increases his DPS/utility greatly since his Q/W already have low coolodown. | ||

It's really sick when you can build athenes/ionia boots or get ahg and blue buff and your ult on 11 is less than 90 seconds :D | ||

You maxed that last though, so it's not like it had any effect pre level 14-15, it's not like he was getting 15% cdr from level 6 from his e~ I'm not trying to say cdr is bad, obviously it's really good, but it's not like he had infinity cdr from his e before. | ||
