Record is weighted higher than indicator. Najin ended 3-3, the best KT can do is 2-4. Indicator points only matter as a tiebreaker between even records.

Wow, I just checked that and you're right. That explains why some of the teams seemed to screw around in the third game after going 2-0 up. I feel kind of stupid for not realising this earlier. Glad Najin are in though, I figured they'd blown it when Sword lost to IM#2.
