I would not even care if he would not know the first thing about LoL. I am usually not picky with casters and dont mind them being "casual", simple play-by-play or whatever.
But Riv is just not forming coherent, logic sentences. It is especially annoying for non-native speakers, because I sometimes think I just didnt understand him correctly and try to figure out what he meant. Only to find out that it was all nonsense in the first place.

As I said, I agree, he's been talking nonsense this entire tourney. Other times he's fine (which is where the generic TL Riv antagonism normally comes from).

yellowpete was the only mediocre lcs player i ever met in high elo dominion, the other guys were all pretty beast.

It's a slow one. Curse just looking to farm it out and have a late game Shyv, Mundo, and Voyboy. CoG is looking for chances to engage but Curse isn't given them many chances.

22:40 people gathering bot, elise and leona are by Cogs red, while thresh amd nmundo are at drag, but everyone backs off.
