Khaldor? I think he's fine, although I can't listen to his accent, probably because your "own" accent always sounds the worst to yourself. I've kinda jumped on the fed up with Tasteless bandwagon lately, lol, which I'm pretty late to. Xpeke looks sad... I agree Tasteless isn't as good as he used to be. Cut him some slack though, his been casting since forever :p. Anyway, i'm clearly a terrible LoL player cause i'm okay with these casters :p. I have no meta-game knowledge and don't even know all the item names :D. Normally Rivington is fine, honestly. People on TL hate on him because they just want color commentary instead of any play-by-play (which is better for those who aren't able to follow the at-times hectic spectating yet). However, his sentences this tourney have been...pretty nonsensical and confusing at times. People love Deman, even though he's play-by-play. What I don't like from Riv is that he hasn't been given a proper partner to do color commentary so he dips his feet in it with Phreak co-casting. Which doesn't work.
Riv/Kobe worked. Deman is an excellent caster and probably my favorite one in the EU scene.

I still think Riv is better than Quickshot, but that's because Quickshot's voice grates my ears into pulp. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but I can't stand his accent.

Glad to see CoG staying with their unorthodox picks. One of their strengths, generally (though they get it horribly wrong, sometimes)

Giving the production the benefit of the doubt here because Kobe just casted and Jatt apparently hurt his voice yesterday and doesn't seem to be able to cast tonight.
To the play-by-play thing: EU play-by-play casters seem to be quite popular, if you take Joe Miller and Deman as examples.

I'll take the comments about his casting with a grain of salt then :D He's not bad, but there are better LoL play-by-play casters, or "hybrids" who do both play-by-play and color. Deman for the former, for instance.

Every time Riv dips into analysis, kittens die. Should always be paired up with Jatt/Kobe or any of the Diamond league casters.
Phreak is diamond and can do fairly good analysis at times, but he's not really dedicated, and his role is to make jokes and funnies in addition to some play-by-play and analysis. Riv's is to do fairly good play-by-play and sound exciting, so the analysis/color of Preakington is lacking.

Elise vs Shyvana in lane, Vi vs Mundo jungle Sivir mid 1:00 Both teams spreading defensively to watch jungle entrances, Curse is lane swapping, with duo top and shy bottom, while COG sends their duo bot. 2:00 elise forced to base by the duo of curse 3:00 both junglers started bot buff, vi went to hold tower top with elise vs Curse's duo while mundo based after golems. 4:00 both junglers just farming while Shyvana and Elise keep the waves off their towers, very little tower daamge for either side. 4:50 vi tries for a gank top, but Crs's duo backs off. Vi is sitting top with elise, but mundo is just farming 5:30 mundo ganks middle, him and vlad get sivir low and force her summoners, but vi arrives from top in time to force them off.

I don't like the Vlad pick.... I wish they had more teamfight control with like an Orianna mid... You don't need 2 splitpushers like Vlad and Shyv...

i like cog's team against the all-bruiser curse lineup. you get a lot of time to deal damage with your adcs sweet

6:00 Mundo going bot to help shyvana hold tower, Curse's bot tower is around half health. 7:00 Vi going to help hold top, but Curse's duo just base before running back to top. Gold is relatively even (8.8k vs 9.1k)

Cris can just dive through the entire lineup of Curse and just focus Cop.

Cog's duo lane seem to be really bad at 2v1.Second game quas is free farming.

Not sure if I can imagine an LCS, or any toplevel LoL competition, without Curse. (slightly fun that Coast and Curse both picked teams who look better than DTG in this relegation)

8:00 both junglers still farming, Curse's duo is pushing top a harder now due to having bought (draven has a bf) while COG's duo only just backed to buy. Both towers being shoved are at ~30% hp 9:00 Vi passes blue off to sivir, before going back to help hold top. Curse manages to kill it at 9:30 anyway though 9:40 mundo ganks bottom, him and shyvana almost catch lucian but he flashes in time. 10:00 only major cs difference betweent he teams is the top laners, where shyv has 75 cs vs elises 45. 10:20 Shyvana manages to kill lucian, COG tries to counter with a big gank middle on vlad, engaging him between the t1 and t2, but he pools away. 11:00 curse take first dragon. Curse ahead on gold 15.8k to 13.2k

With Wizzfujin in NA LCS though, downgrade it to 5th. Still not impressed by yellowpete, but maybe he'd contest with Cop.
