I don't think [A] will drop Wickd now for Zoro, he looked good yesterday and seems to put a lot of work in, and Froggen as the boss seems to have faith in him, maybe if he underperforms they sub him before summer.
Well for all we Zoro might not even look for a new team since the 5 under Nip could become LD again tomorrow...

I'm willing to give Cruzer a second chance, based on the fact he was against Wickd and it was his first tournament with Dig, but still, that was a horrible display.
They tried people out for the team too - it wasn't like they just randomly picked him up. Is the NA challenger scene that weak? And if it is, why not look in EU like other NA teams are doing?

i prefer Kev1n. He is definitely the most underrated top laner in EU. He can play both ap and ad/tank champions on high level. Also he is such a good team player.

Considering that apparently LD couldn't even afford a teamhouse, my heart doesn't exactly break for them. I'm sure they can get a nice price for their LCS spot though.
I've now come around on this issue and now I do feel that there needs to be stronger rules around teams and organizations buying spots and releasing players willy nilly. I just don't have an answer at the moment.

I said it before in the pro-scene thrad: buying spots is THE stupidest thing in the LCS. If an org wants to void their spot, they should have to return it to Riot and the remaining amateur teams should play round robins for it.
Regulation should be a punishment, not a fine!

He's a dumbass for leaking inside information but this matter is actually being discussed on twitter, several people like Aranea and Twitter already hinted at LD selling their spot and the NIP players being in LCS anyway.

I agree its hilarious to watch an org spend that much money for no results. But the precedent is awful.
What happens when the son of a businessman convinces their parents to buy an LCS team so he can be the midlaner? Just roll up to Vulcun with a million bucks or so and now you're the owner of Vulcun. Oh those players don't like playing with the son who is in Gold 3? Replace them with ones that will take the money and shut up!
