No, but there's nobody that can stop Shyvana from tearing apart the back line like Impact did vs KTB. And I don't think so because Sivir doesn't build blade, and after a while, she really does no damage to Shyv at all.

Lee is really annoying peel for a Shyvana. A single kick during your ult and you can't reach the backline anymore + a good chunck of your damage is out. I really don't think Shyvana will be the main problem for Ozone in teamfights. In fact Ozone composition feels very well thought out, with a strong frontlane, a strong backlane, and strong peel for Sivir.

And Mundo is stuck in an awkward position where he has to decide to to go SV vs W or armor vs BotRK. The damage on BotRK hasn't been nerfed since its redo. If she doesn't get it, she loses lane straight up. "farms freely" is the name of top lane nowadays.

Shyvana was totally a non-issue in that fight. Olaf is what's annoying for Sivir but that's it.

The issue is that in order to get a shot on the tower in she potentially takes a ton of enemy poke. Basically why Ozone got shoved off their seige top with baron.
Sivir's poke + teamfighting more than makes up for it tho.

Eh, Sivir actually still gets hurt a lot in 1v1 compared to other marksmen. Vayne, Draven, Lucian, Tristana beat her, I think Graves can too, not sure about Corki or Kog'Maw, and she should be able to beat MF/Ezreal/Ashe/Varus. Depending on items and the situation I believe Cait and Jinx can go either way.
