Two things as public notice: 1. + Show Spoiler [Quarterfinals 1 spoiler] + Congrats to Fnatic, they played superbly and glgl to them in the Semis! No one is saying that Fnatic only won because of the level 1 in Game 3. Please keep the nationalistic statements out of our subforum. 2. Riot's Worlds format is atrocious. Let's not beat a dead horse here. I will certainly be talking to Riot's eSports dept about it in the near future. I simply ask everyone to be civil. Humble in victory, graceful in defeat. I think Semi Finals and on is fine for Single Elim or even Quarter Final single elims is fine, as long as we can see multiple games from every team. Gama didn't look that bad in game 1, was holding their own for quite some time and their team fights early/mid game really weren't that bad. Now we have a 3 kill leader by 4 minutes and there's pretty much nothing bears can do. Just....raaaaaaaaaage. | ||

Single Elim isn't the issue, giving teams a bye to the knockouts is. Bears seems like they would have been tons of fun in the group stages but they're gonna get rolled in 2 games by the SKT paintrain and we bearly see them. Similar to C9 but worse, because better icon and more fun picks. | ||
