Don't get it. Ozone are playing bad either way why do you have to act like a perfectly civil discussion is somehow some delusional fanboys. It's fucking annoying. Ozone did get a shorter end of the stick with changes but it's no excuse for playing bad and no one said it was.

Oh so I suppose they now go back to having one true A team and B team? With that recruitment that they're making being purely for the B team, then...
Btw how did this get "leaked"?

In regards to NA, I'm wondering if any team other than Curse is going to have rosterchanges. Regi retiring after worlds seems pretty likely honestly, not necessarily because of his performance, but I think the stress of being a player and the owner is wearing him down just like Hotshot.

Afaik he used to be a jungler before going to mid and was really good at it.

From a strict outsider perspective kiwi off dig would do god knows how much for them but they may like him too much.

Yeah made the mistake of reading reddit, and got here with a bad feeling. Still this is not just a Meta thing or Ozone only playing bad, it's also teams like Fnatic who deserve a bit of credit for picks and bans and in how they played. It always gives an after taste that the non korean opponent gets 0 kredit for the clean wins. And all we do is hammer on the mistakes of Ozone.

Yeah, I think the NA teams would benefit a lot from retiring some old dogs and picking up some new talent but I doubt it's going to happen on a large scale. The teams are too friendship based and the community is always behind the old stars.

After these historic names fail over and over again, the friendship is magic thing won't hold them together any longer.

I still don't know why Ozone replaced homme for these games.

Think Fnatic/Gambit were always expected to come out swinging. At least by people that knew how big the lan factor is for both these teams. Where as Ozone's mistakes are so huge it's hard to let them slide. Fnatic since IPL5 have shown how amazing their prep and drafting is which many people have given them credit for.
I really wanted to see an on form Ozone against on form Fnatic/Gambit so a bit salty over how bad they have been ;(

I pretty much considered it a given that they would look great in groupstage when there's literally only 1 team in their group that was ever going to be a threat to them.
TBH overall this format is much more forgiving for Fnatic's style. There's not really a situation where you're playing 3+ rounds of bracket play on one weekend and have to just be winging it on fundamentals by the 3rd series. They get to prep for every match and this is where Fnatic shines, because on the whole they have strong preparation and strategies but aren't that clutch against things they haven't prepped for.
