Teams swap because they have an advantage in the 2v1(because their duo/solo are better 2v1 or worse 2v2/1v1 or both), to deny the other team a swap, or because they mispredict a swap will/won't occur. In this game, Ozone swapped to try and avoid the 2v2 against Corki/Leona(a fairly dominant lane duo against Kog who has less early power) but were spotted and Fnatic swapped to counter it.
