They are based on triforce being really really good now

There is no good option here really. Like I said, Riot are fishing for an underdog like TPA or something ridiculous to come out of other regions and promote their region. This won't happen though because the game has become too professional and you need a lot of training before you're on this level. When your region gets completely stomped I don't see how this helps those regions.

Brazil really should have their own league. I'm not sure how IEM Sao Paulo was for the area, but it looked like it was successful, so hopefully seeing more involvement from Riot will help the Brazil scene become at least good enough to send a team or two to worlds

The no ban on orianna vs gaminggear was pretty stupid from pain gaming in wildcard finals. We can now see the other mid champions of mazzerin isnt really par with his ori.

Might oc they did win the wildcard tournament, I just wonder if LCS teams could try to win the wildcard tournament

GG eu could now start to troll and take teemo top. Some nice shrooms in bushes could turn the tides.

I am prepared to stay up until 3am EST to watch all these matches. Of course, the next one is the one I'm most hyped for.

on a sidenote this is the first time I'm staying up all night on a sunday, so I get the chance to watch breaking bad live after skt vs OMG. Anyone got streamlinks for non US viewers?
pm is probably more appropriate

Riot is bankrolling the NA and EU LCS which is insanely expensive, there's no way they will host another LCS themselves although they definitely will support if a local organization does one.

Even if a South American team came here and lost every game, it would be better than GG.EU because they legitimately don't have an LCS tournament to qualify through.

if it was pain getting crushed like this. okay, they had no chance of getting in any other way. but gg.eu doesn't stand on the same ground.
but w/e, regional imbalance is tough to handle in a tournament like this

The problem is that Riot is trying to promote EUNE as a proper region. If they are like yeah, EUNE can play on EUW that doesn't help. I obviously see the point people are trying to make though.
