Yeah they had some good engages, but it was already too late in terms of actual damage output and kennen not having zhonyas for such a long time really hurt their teamfights since he got blown up way too easily. Also Faker's Shockwaves werent nearly as good as they usually are. | ||

Both teams are hungry for a victory, but KTB was unified in their hunger while SKT had one player stand out in desperation: Piglet. The way he played, the way he looked in game, the way he looked after victories...and now you see it in the final. I'm not saying the others came unprepared but even in a game that seems abysmal for your team, Piglet tries to stick through and win. This guy is here to win, and nothing else. KTB on the other hand ALL really want it. They want to beat their old teammate on StarTale (kkoma the coach of SKT), and they learned a hard lesson last season - can't be too cocky anymore. inSec has been in agony on the old CJ, Score went from immortal to irrelevant, and kakao had been swapped out for inSec. They've all learned lessons. SKT has only ever lost ONE series, and that was to MVP Ozone who they beat this time to get up here. They may still be on a high horse. Also, an interesting note: some of the most successful teams have always had the most clear-minded support players CJ Frost has Madlife, MVP Ozone has Mata, and now KTB? They have Mafa. We've all learned that supports play a huge role in keeping the team together, in determining pacing mid to late game with vision control and intel. these three guys have done this loyally for their team. Poohmandu is no doubt an amazing support player, but he's not the most reserved and a bit proud of himself compared to the others. He's gone on tilt with his team a few times before, and gets ahead himself when the team is winning. If we're going to see anything but a 3-0 by KT Bullets, SKT really needs to find their anchor. In fact, I may even suggest that Faker calm it down today, be the anchor the team needs, and let Piglet do his thing. | ||
