Maybe he didn't play that bad during the season but his play was god damn awful during this series, I still don't believe what I just saw...
Future teams need to ban Rumble vs TSM, Dyrus Equalizer won them the game, they were beautiful especially during the last fight in front of Baron, wow.. So good ! But during this fight I think that if ManCloud didn't E in at the end of the fight he could have poked them and maybe prevent them from doing Baron considering how low the 3 of them were (before Jarvan showed up).
Also Regi needs to play Ahri instead of TF, he played more than decently during both games and Ahri thanks to her ult is much more forgiving than TF. Zuna, as it stands, is probably the worst NA LCS ADC currently, and probably the heaviest player on Vulcun atm (teamfight wise, his laning is unremarkable). Probably the only NA ADC that can really be considered below/middling compared to EU LCS ADC. Pretty much every other NA ADC is significantly better and more impressive (WT, Qtpie, Dlift, etc.).
Vulcun would be so much more rounded if they picked up a strong ADC from the amateur scene or Challenger (lord knows there are plenty of them in NA). Heck, Vulcun with Fabbbyyy (he's already on Crs Academy). That would be hilarious.

Or RobertxLee, or Aphro...

I miss seeing Draven/Morgana .
Bonus: pick up WoD for extra condescension.

EUs best ADC (Rekkles) is not even playing in the LCS yet. It's a shame he won't play at Worlds. Tabzz is on par with the NA ones. Candypanda is good - he just suffers from playing with Ocelote.

While I do agree with you on those ADCs, the general level of ADC play in EU LCS isn't comparable.
Similarly, the general level of NA mid play isn't up to EU standards. Esp. given how hard mancloud choked this series. <__<;

Pretty hilarious considering Tabzz' mid skills are better than a lot of NA. His Fizz would wreck most of NA, at least.

Well, that's the West for you. NA historically had way better botlanes while EU always had way better midlanes

I wonder how that came to be.
Is there anything like that in KR or SEA/CN? That some laners are generally better than others?

I agree with you UmberBane and Lord Tolkien. It's kinda futile to compare them anyways. We're going to see what happens at Worlds.

Traditionally AD carries have been way stronger in China, while top laners and supports from Korea were considered extremely good, with mid and jungler being roughly even. I think it has evened out very much, though. Today's Korean AD carries are extremely good, too, and so are all their other roles. This was before the 2nd generation of pros (Faker, Insec, Imp, Flame etc.) rose to the top and back then the AD carries of top Korean teams were people like Cpt Jack, Locodoco, Woong - so really not top caliber by Asian standards. Today you can only compare individuals at their role and can't really make general statements about which Asian country has the best of what type in my opinion. But of course Korea is seen as the best in general right now, so obviously people will look at them first.

Zuna is bad, and definitely the worst player on Vulcun, but he's getting scapegoated way too much. Bloodwater played like absolute dog shit. Mancloud played pretty badly too. Sycho Sid did well, imo, but he had some questionable plays.
I really wanted Vulcun to win the whole thing because I like that team but the amount of Zuna blame is pretty crazy. I would honestly argue that Bloodwater or even mancloud played worse in that series. I think Bloodwater got caught at the start of nearly every team fight. Their entire team choked hard.
I don't think any ADC could've saved them from how badly they played that series.

Yeah, I feel like Mancloud's poor play really fucked them in the 2nd game, more than anything Zuna could have done. They decided to have 4 people go do baron while he would zone TSM off by poking with mystic shot. It was going well for a while, but then he just decided to go ham and shift in on his own, 1v3, causing him to lose a lot of health and have to flash out. And that was it, all pressure gone. TSM immediately goes through blue to stop the baron, and the horrible teamfight happened. Then Mancloud circles around and does something even dumber, shifting in the middle of 4 people after his whole team is dead, and dies without taking anyone down with him. All of TSM has like 20% health at this point, he could have easily stayed back and poked them to stop recalls/barons/etc. and maybe even taken someone out. If you're just going to shift in the middle of 3-5 people and die in 2 seconds every fight, what is the point of playing blue ezreal? -___-

I also dont get why NA teams dont see the blue invade incoming when they have AD/support at top from TSM. They have done this multiply times in LCS season and NA teams dont know how to react versus it.

TSM TSM TSM!
#BAYLIEVE
+ Show Spoiler +Either way, I got C9 and TSM as top 2. All I really cared about.

First place gets a bye into the elim rounds and 2/3 are thrown into groups?

TSM were surprisingly quiet in that clip of the teamfight near baron where mancloud fucked up.

You need symmetry. 3 to worlds, 3 to relegation.
