I'm not too sure you quoted the right person here. I'm in agreement with what you are saying. The whole argument about what server these teams play on is pretty silly. ALL teams will pick the server that has the best competition to get better.

Next year i hope Riot is gonna make a better policy to overcome this problem about the "unfair"distribution of possibility to make it to the Wildcard tourney.
Just lets hope that Riot is gonna make a better stance for their wildcard regional distribution next season.
