I think clg wants to go down, if 6th fights 3rd, clg wants to play vs tsm.

TSM vs. CLG where the loser doesn't go to worlds/has to fight for relegation at PAX would be pretty hype

Lets see how CLG "tries to win" this game.

That is a level of dominance that will not be easily repeatable. Hmm kind of like Alliance in TI3 Feels like in this kind of games it's easier to be consistent than in games like SC2 where even the best players struggle with 70% winrates
Alliance was more impressive because they were smacking down the best teams the world had to offer. All C9 can beat is the host of mediocre NA teams and a good but not great Vulcun team.
C9 went 23-1 against teams not named Vulcun. That is insane.

Any way I see it TSM is the better team but CLG somehow hasn't lost to them. Think it has something to do with TSM's passive/reactive early game being good for CLG.

Playoffs is always in TSM's favor over CLG though.

Yeah, CLG probably wants to lose this. They looked awful against Curse in the earlier game.

Would you even try to win this game? losing & going to playoff is bad momentum, but momentum doesn't matter if you're gonna play C9 (if you win vs Crs).

Oh joy, another Vlad......
I feel Ahri would have been a stronger pick here, although I know GD has been recently discussing how Vlad vs. Zed is supposed to go.
