NA needs better shotcallers tbh (or maybe just the Allstars team). Likely, SV was captaining the team. The calls weren't really that bad (minus recall in LoS, and dat towerdive call/coordination was off like whoa), but the plays weren't as exceptionally organized compared to the polish of CN's full team roams (even if it was into a DLift that killed them outnumbered at times).
Perhaps if a diff captain (Crumbzz or Regi for instance), but either way.
At the least, it's shown a great deal of improvement pre-LCS.

No, even if urgot had all the kills, the retarded call of 'swap ryze' while under tower would have been the same.
There was no smite battle for Saint to even win. Ryze, Vayne and Zac were bot chasing Dyrus.
4v2 at baron and NA does not stop dps earlier than usual to prevent steal. Instead they let Sona flash in to Crescendo Saint so he can't even get a smite off. What should have happened is that NA should have stopped dps earlier so that Sona would have to guess when to flash in - she would flash in too early, they gib her. Zone Nasus for 2-3 secs which gives enough time for Saint to safely smite then just fight just as Vayne and Ryze arrive.
I thought we've established that you can smite during crescendo
If that's an actual bug and not just a spectator visual thing it's really gamebreaking. It wouldn't have changed the outcome of the CN v. NA game in the slightest, but it can definitely impact future games in this tourney.
Agreed. Riot should notice this. But the Reddit thread is still butthut, calling for rematch and stuff.
Really looking forward to ambition vs alex and diamond vs insec. top will be interesting because of the variety and the kennen, but i think madlife is a far superior support than edward and pray over yellowpete as well.
Plenty of rematch posts in all the reddit topics, they arent upvoted sadly, but still worth reading for drama purposes. Btw, bug isnt just with zed, i've had some assists for no reason in ladder games as well.
So the explanation is. 1. SV is already a very bad smiter as we knew already. 2.Under the nerves that Sona flash in ult all of them he panicked 3. SV doesn't even know you can still Smite while dancing.
He definitely knew the latter two. He actually said way earlier that WW is a crazy smite stealer because he can suppress the other team and it's the only way you can stop a smite.

TBH a lot of calls actually were sound in theory but mechanically deficient.

That and tbh these are not the best looking players in Korea. Reach on the other hand ...

Also so much poor sportsmanship on reddit. 3 Posts about the Zed bug with tons of comments whining for a rematch and not a single post congratulating China on their win. Talk about sore losers jesus.

The reason he is welcomed in China because he is Chinese and speak the language really well. Chinese view him as Chinese not an American.
He is going to be going to Taiwan and living with TPA(if i remember correctly). Then he is going to Singapore, and afterwards he is going to Korea for OGN Finals(had to look this up). Dude must be having a blast travelling all over. Seems amazing. Real jelly here.
