The game developed pretty similar, only that Vulcun was in a somewhat better spot in the 2nd game around the time the bug occured in the first one. Although imo it doesnt even matter. They should have been disqualified when their original mid laner was discovered to be not eligible to work in USA. Maybe it was actually Riot's oversight, but it is extremely unfair to the other teams competing for spots for LCS that GGU fielded someone who can't even play the LCS. | ||

Shiphtur has played in LCS before, as in he's flew to Santa Monica and played in the studio. For whatever reason, he's have some personal issues with his visa. Before his current situation arose, neither Riot nor GGU knew Shiphtur would have so much trouble getting into the States. And besides, this is all moot. GGU is using a sub in all of the following weeks after Shiphtur became a no show. What's the reason to disqualify them? Worst comes to worst, they bench Shiphtur officially and sign Jintae. I think you're blowing things out of proportion by calling it "extremely unfair". | ||
