If you are giving up 200-300 gold for much bigger objectives such as Baron or an inhibitor, the deaths are worth it. If Anguish really wanted to not die he would never have aggro'd onto anyone and just played like nidalee. The times he got caught were bad. Millennium as a team drastically overestimated their baron advantage every time they got baron and engaged recklessly. I don't think they have enough experience with their comp at that late into the game.

I think the end game stand-off could have been predicted 30minutes earlier, as these types of games happen quite often with AP tryndameres or any kind of split push weak late game vs real late game comps. M needed to do something creative, mainly to lure frost out of base one way or another, they got way too impatient and basically threw a very delicate game that they had been playing well in less than 10 seconds.

i think Doreans are way ahead in dive mechanics, there seems to be a lot of situations where foreign teams would never consider diving but Koreans would without hesitation, and situations where foreigners think they're safe but get dove. Pulling off successful dives is in my recent experience, the most important requirement to beating good teams, and the most important quality of a good team.

What is with these European teams and their fascination with varus? I've seen so much varus, but every time its been ineffective and I've never seen a Korean team, let alone an asian team run a varus in a tournament.
