Considering the way he's playing Karthus, the build isn't fine. He keeps spamming defile to CS/Clear buffs/Etc. - Without tear he can't do that outside of blue buffs. Poor play on his part maybe, but if it's his style on Karthus, Tear is clearly mandatory.

The throws..... Huge mistakes by DNG. Why would you do a baron without warding the outside bush to check for steals? For that matter why did Shen buy a tiamat before a warmogs (which shut down the splitpush because he couldn't duel Olaf anymore).

Meh stupid game in the end after a brilliant early game.
