Honestly speaking, if you have a passive farming mid against a ganking mid, the jungler that's carrying the tempo for the farming mid's team is going to be 100% outganked by the ganking mid once he comes online. This isn't something that Ballz can do something about because Diana or Eve coming out mid will have more levels, more farm, and more damage than you. The onus is on the other mid laner to express their stronger laning and greater teamfight presence, and on the whole these defensive, teamfight mids haven't been able to do that unless the big guns of teamfight mids (Ori, Anivia) have been left open for them. This isn't a problem that's exclusive to just Toyz. In general, the passive farming mids this tournament have not put up a good showing, particularly when the big game-changer passive mid champs are out of the pool. Assassin comp seems to be the bane of TPA. I guess it makes sense since assassins like small skirmishes, which TPA's style plays right into due to Stanley preferring to splitpush. Not to mention Lilballz tendency to be super under-farmed makes him free food for high damage champs. | ||

The choice between Q and R is kinda situational imo, but iirc the other time Soaz picked up Kha against TPA he went Q for the final evolution. | ||
