Keep the rage to a minimum. This includes wait times between games, music, and balance.
Fair warning to all. |

i just never post any predictions and then when it's all over i post 'i knew this would happen all along' and pay people under the table to quote my post and agree with me. instant e-peen, flawless system.

I have no reason to watch the finals now... except that the finals are looking to be really good games? But my reasons for caring died with both CLG's falling out. Just like my interest in the NHL play-offs dies when my team goes out there. Which I assume is his too, why bother to watch 2 teams I don't care for? It's k, I won't judge you because I probably wouldn't watch if it was CLG.Eu vs. M5.

i would rather burn my pc than to wake up at 4 am and watch a clg.eu BO5

I've been backing TPA from the start I posted my support in the very first page of the thread.
scumbag neo got TPA lower ranked so that the other teams wouldn't know that they were so good. Only reason why they now have an interview with them.
Occupy TL.lol

Am I stupid or are the world final gonna be at 4am for europeans?
|
Depends on how long the pre-game show runs but it starts at 2 AM. No idea when the actual games start though.
|
Edit: Oh man I'm bad at this.

I don't really understand why people says someone don't like that team because it is an all asian team ? I don't like a team because it is european, nor because it is american. Heck I hate CLG.NA cheesy plays. I also love Naijin sword.

People tend to like things they can identify with more. People who don't speak your language and are from a different culture aren't normally easily identifiable.
Personally I'm as confused as you but I think that's the logic people use. It's a bit silly since you should be focusing on the game itself I feel and not where the players are from.

Just stop using twitter. Life will be so much simpler that way.

I don't think most people care where the players are from, it's just that people don't know the Asians teams as well since they don't stream like CLG or TSM do and we rarely see them. I understand the hardcore fans keep up with the scene and try to watch every competitive match, but your average LoL player has probably never even heard of TPA, so obviously they won't care about the finals as much as if their favorite team was in it.
|
I don't think it's that obvious. An average LoL player could just enjoy watching the game and wants to watch the finals of the biggest LoL tournament yet. The premise that because xyz aren't in they don't want to watch I think is scary and saddening. Why must "enjoying the game" be something that only "hardcores" watch for?

i am going to puke in my mouth if the crowd starts jeering or insulting Azubu tomorrow.

I don't understand you reasonning either. People are not watching lol for the thrill of watching it, just like you don't watch football just to watch football. There is a scene behind it, you watch to support a team, you place yourself in an history and take a stand : "i like that team, I hate that team" is part of all that. I know people in France who only cheer for shitty team in soccer, and only watch that shitty team's games, but it's their team. Why do you want to force that kind of people to watch when everything they see is that their own team is not there...
|
What, I do watch football because I like watching good football and I only watch LoL because I enjoy watching LoL sometimes. Same with Dota and same with CS. Why can't people just enjoying watching it without needing to create some kind of polar entity? I mean you can still have your favorite teams but this concept of that is more important than the game itself is so strange to me. Lots of say Man Utd fans or Arsenals fans will still watch Barca vs Real because it's freaking sick football or other really amazing clashes even though they might not be fans of those teams.
