I would say agreeing to play ARAM is both of them colluding to lose. Both teams are agreeing to not try at all, thus manipulating the bracket.

i was under the assumption crs and/or dig needed the circuit points? those are getting revoked from riot too, not just the prize money.

There is not a single piece of proof there was a case of money splitting. No statement from Curse/Dignitas or MLG mentions it. MLG stated "manipulate Rankings or Brackets" Which isnt splitting money. Its the ARAM screwing with the #1/2 spots aka there Ranking!.

They dont. Both teams are assured there spots.

No proof of money splitting. Neither team forfeited game one, Dignitas was playing just as loose as Curse was. And if Curse and Dignitas conspired to fix the brackets by giving Dignitas a free win they sure fucked up hard.

How is agreeing to play a certain way in a match with your opponent NOT collusion?
So if team A tells team B if you take champ C we'll take champ D, teams B says ok, they picked champs C and D respectively, mlg has the right to take their prize money away?
That's the same extent of collusion.

I must've missed the fun tonight, what did they do to be disqualified? Something about an ARAM? wat

Christ I feel sorry for Dignitas, Odee seems really mad from what I've read on twitter.

Basically the two teams tried to have fun.
And proceeded to get disqualified.

Good prediction

GG haters, my work here is done.

Why is everyone saying it's due to the ARAM game? If that was the case, I'm pretty sure the officials would have stopped it waayy before the game started, and had a proper game.

I don't understand how anybody is defending crs/dig here or questioning MLG's actions. It blows my mind.

Improper time and place with a bunch of other things involved are not the kind of fun Riot or MLG want to promote, unfortunately for Curse/Dig.

The money splitting is still irrelevant. MLG's conduct code which every team should have been aware of was broken, thus MLG was right in their decision.

Never felt so good to prove a bunch of idiots wrong. Even after they announced taking the prizemoney away people were still arguing that they did it all cause of the ARAM. I expected more from you TL.

The money splitting doesn't matter anyways. MLG has a code of conduct for its players. The two teams broke the code of conduct. Riot agreed with MLG's decision. End of story.
