After all, there is a decent list of NA LCS mid laners switching to coaching/managing positions (Regi, Hotshot, Scarra, Pr0lly)

He said he has already had some lcs offers and will probably be on a team next split.

I'm sure Pobelter will land on a good team though, probably better than CLG if they are content with their roster ![]()

From what has been said so far, it sounds like Pob just didnt want to do the switching in and out thing. (Huhi says he was supposed to be the starter in first place but was owned by visa issues)

Probably, Worlds was too big of a wake-up call and instead of actually focusing on things they could improve, they threw away Eugene, because he was a third threat in team and Aphromoo decided to not retire in the end or whatever. Like, hell, I was expecting CLG to go with same roster into 2nd split for once, at least because they won something finally, everyone was happy and well, shit happens at Worlds, w/e, just come back and improve. But naaaaaaah. 2013 Spring - HotshotGG, Chauster, Link, Doublelift, Aphromoo. 2013 Summer - Nien, bigfatlpjiji, Link, Doublelift, Chauster 2014 Spring - Nien, dexter, Link, Doublelift, Aphromoo 2014 Summer - Seraph, dexter, Link, Doublelift, Aphromoo 2015 Spring - ZionSpartan, Xmithie, Link, Doublelift, Aphromoo 2015 Summer - ZionSpartan, Xmithie, Pobelter, Doublelift, Aphromoo How the fuck are you expecting to be judged properly, if you can't even keep same players for more than 3 months.

Even broken clock is right twice per day and karma finally decided to give Doublelift some props. And, more importantly, murder the rest of NA (they probably would have lost to gauntlet buff C9). Even if he doesn't carry games at Worlds or against Bjergson, he is plenty good at being the Kuro of NA, and you can (and CLG did) build a winning team around not having an aggro-elite mid.

Yes, let's take Pobelter's words for it on why he was removed from CLG. Makes total sense ![]()

It's not about me defending CLG. This is more about having basic common sense.

To me it seems stronger than CLG I think it's better to keep Porpoise jungle and use an import elsewhere. I could see see Porp+Pob+some other combo though. Then again, I also seem to think Porpoise is a lot better than other people think.

pobelter 1 split dunno if huhi is better or not, probably nobody but clg knows (in scrim environment), but pobelter brought success in NA for clg for the first time in 3 years, and I wouldn't risk a good thing.

Also I didn't really watch T8 games, esan, but where would you place Porpoise in NA?
