I've been in constant communication with Stixxay and there has always been a way to contact someone if he needs anything.
Stixxay has received one very recent offer which we have not denied.
A second challenger team asked if they could use Stixxay as a sub in for a week. We've agreed and never denied Stixxay the opportunity.
We've always maintained our end of the contract.
The idea that we would retain any player "just cause" is absurd. Another extremely accurate and not at all misleading article written by your friends at DailyDot.
I'm liking this faith meme, it's pretty damn funny.

I mean if he knows what he's doing he stands to make more money in the long haul, I would expect LCS spots to continue to rise in value.

Question is why should we believe anything Hotshot says on the matter over what Dailydot says? League teams have a history of blatantly lying and obstructing the truth.

I mean, hotshot is known for doing dumb stuff but not for straight up lying right?

Think neither party is telling the full "truth". I just think it's silly to believe 100% in what some organization puts out when the League community has been burnt and lied to so many times by organizations. Well Hotshot just has a history of making bold promises and then never actually fulfilling them. Don't know if he has lied or just say dumb stuff.

Bull fucking shit 1.2 mil for enemy esports LMFAO. I woulda took that check straight to the bank and cashed it, that team would've been lucky they make top 8 let alone top 6

Well the manager of Misfits also said pretty much the same as CLG. But doesnt reallly matter to me anyway. Its just a minor thing blown out of proportion for drama, regardless of whom I "believe".

But kinda awesome that there is someone out there ready to invest that much into NA. I hope the money ends up somewhere else in the scene. As someone who has been following NME for some time already, this will make me root for them even more. Their lineup is quite good, only the bot lane might be a weakness. And I love Trashy.

Reporter says that Yusui got dominated by incarnati0n on C9 vs C9T match l o l. I read that Yusui did well on G3 though.
Pobelter is out i believe.

He lied about the poaching stuff.

Full response if people are interested: "[Incarnation] dominated game 1, went a bit over even (not much) in game 2 and Yusui trashed him game 3. There ya go."

I'm kind of leery about Jacob Wolf possibly having an ax to grind regarding Hotshot (although Hotshot has demonstrated a history of screwing up). Assuming Brayll is the same Jacob Wolf who, back when he was a manager in music, deleted an ex-client's SoundCloud library out of spite in the beginning of 2014 (one source here). So back to this Stixxay thing, it comes off as one of those situations where everybody involved hates each other.
1.2 mil purportedly offered for Enemy? That's a person who really wants that LCS spot... The 1.6 million for Gamtee was at least easy to believe since we've seen huge money fly around in the LPL before, plus it's chump change for the owners we see there. And if an LCS spot is really that desirable, then I hope that Alex got paid nicely for that TDK eloboost.

so is that 1.2m for nme legit? sounds like way too much . if true who the hell declines that. Unless the owner is already a hudgefund kid.

Pob already out? That's kind of sad, if C9 consider Yusui better (though personally I think people underestimate him, he's talented, they just need to give him a push into the right direction hopefully). Personally I'm rooting for Incarnation, because EU.
Oh yeah, China has obscene amounts of money in the scene atm, pretty sure that the big teams also inflate the price tag of smaller teams, bc people don't expect a team to be worth 1/100 of another, even if they're bottom LPL.
|
Pobelter is a known quantity so it makes sense he's out. If he were good enough for C9 we would have known it even before he was in a tryout. The kid just doesn't cut it.

Interesting news. It's true that Steelback didn't deserve to just be thrown out like that, but he just wasn't the caliber that Fnatic needs to succeed on the world stage. Great to see he has a chance to still be in the LCS, P1noy had issues with Edward right? Or was it with the whole team?
