I really doubt CLG would pick up Shiptur if he was a free agent. At least Link has games where he does something. Idk, I would rather have a mid laner that plays a boring, passive game than someone who's performance is the equivalent of a roller coaster ride (with really big lows). And if Shiphtur didn't get along with Crumbz, I can see it affecting his game. Map pressure is also something that can be acquired through constructive input from a coach (Dig really doesn't have a coach? No wonder they suck lol), that introcudes him to the thought process. He might not be the greatest roamer, but just doing a few things here and there really help out. The greatest shitpost in the history of /r/leagueoflegends. That top comment is glorious. I can't tell if the post was supposed to be funny or if OP really thought that teams have 'strong bonds that overcome all forms of competitiveness'. What is this, the bro code, help each other out in times of need?

The biggest issue is Odee being an idiot. He really doesn't think that the team needs coaching staff and just needs to click on things? I kinda hope they get relegated at this point, let another team in who is going to make an effort to be good. I bet if there was a coach Crumbz would still be on the team. A bunch of young guys living together will clash, and chances are they're not mature enough to sort it out themselves. In a high pressure situation like the LCS it's going to be even worse. Having a level headed mediator there to resolve situations goes a long way, but instead it was left to Crumbz who was left with a ton of weight on his shoulders.

Feel bad for them and the fans especially since Odee promised the fans they will be getting a real coach but he never got a real coach. Rumours is that Inori will be the jungler of Dignitas. Wait, you mean this Inori? http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Inori

Maybe they have another jungler ready you never know. Well if it wasn't his decision there would've been an announcement from dignitas. Why would they take such a huge pr hit when it can be avoided? I mean they basically got scarra fined without gaining out of it why would they suddenly become an organisation that wants to protect the interests of a leaving player .

"All qualified applicants will be interviewed directly by myself (Mylixia), the North America manager and current interim coach." So I guess they do have a coach they're just looking for a new/better one.
