Get some Doran's Rings, don't be afraid to recall to buy more or some mana regeneration if you're having trouble, if you're running low on mana and want to back literally tell your jungler to walk to your lane and just stay there pushing with you. | ||

So, in my opinion, during laning phase you need to keep the following things in mind: 1. Don't fall too behind; 2. Prevent Fizz from snowballing other lanes (i.e. prevent him from roaming) through aggressive wave clearing and good vision control. | ||

Even if he misses farm he's Fizz, though, and his base damage is enough to kill her once he gets 6 if the jungler comes, so you still require yours to stay nearby. He can also lanegank after a recall to bypass that. You're also not on equal footing because Fizz with 1-2 items is stronger than Orianna with as many, assassin, midgame, all that, while it takes more AP for her to be able to really burst down squishies with her combo. Not saying she'd bad obviously, but even "behind" Fizz has points where he's more dangerous than her, he applies more pressure on the map, and he's harder to shut down. | ||

An Orianna with Morellonomicon, or two of them, and a Fizz with a Lichbane and half a Zhonyas, the Orianna will have much, much higher impact than the Fizz. It's your job to warn the other lanes to play passive if he's missing, and it's an easy tower, you can then roam after him and shut him down. | ||
