He always new exactly his organizations worth and power. I remember years ago, while they were still in NY and really living up the BAYLIFE life, they were playing in some ESL tournaments. Admins asked them to not stream because the tourney had their own stream. You know the era, the whole team hanging on vent the whole day, streaming, talking shit. TRM and Chaox being drunk all day every day. Reginald commented to the others that he told the ESL admins to fuck off, they are either gonna keep their streams running or pulling out of the tourney. The tourney would need TSM way more than TSM needed the money from the tourney (few hundred dollars). People would only be watching the tourney because TSM would play in it. They kept the streams running, swept the tourney, many BRO's and DUDE's were heard.

Pretty sure the underlying story there is that Xpecial was given more money from Curse, and he probably didn't enjoy being told he was hurting the team. He basically jumped ship for more money + whatever else Curse offered him(most likely control). The possibility of him actually being dropped from TSM was fairly low considering how well he performed for them. From my bad memory, I thought I recall that Regi stated he wanted to give him a "wake up" call for his attitude. Even Xpecial admitted that he had a fairly negative attitude on his vlog thingamabob

Even Xpecial admitted that he had a fairly negative attitude on his vlog thingamabob I think it's not with money, at least not initially. I think basically it was Xpecial raged once on scrim/whatever, and Regi decided to "discipline" Xpecial by having him off the main roaster and pretend to try out for a new support. Xpecial even went through the length of being part of the try out itself - but Regi did not intend to barge until Xpecial kneel before Regi to apologize (figuratively). Xpecial got scared that he might ACTUALLY be replaced, so he found Curse. Curse was like, hey, you are not happy with TSM, why not come with us! We'll offer you something similar - or perhaps even better than what Regi offered. After that it became a no-brainer for Xpecial.

http://www.twitch.tv/bgvrtc High quality BW tourney being held at the LPL venue + LPL production quality and even the same music. It's pretty cool. Bisu is there too.

And Sufficiency's post. Xpecial wasn't in danger of being dropped from TSM; he was dropped from TSM. Reginald just helped him find a new team. Attitude/personality issues was the reason cited by everyone involved.

The champions weakness is certainly the windows you have to work with and your team understanding that you WANT to go in when your fury is up. The most important thing about the champion is how rewarding he feels to play with, the improvement I can see myself getting on it is great, and it forces me to do things that no other jungler would. Also, even if you fall behind you still feel useful as mini gnar can provide lots of peeling and lane pushing unlike other tanky junglers who become kind of useless.
