Put Vaseline on right after the shower (or in the shower as you're getting out) and it will fix a lot of the dryness issues from showering.

Er, does anyone know if Loss Prevented games count towards your total played games in Ranked? My numbers don't add up, unless they do count.

Loss prevented does add to total ranked. When I was doing my S4 placements the 5 loss prevented I had counted towards my 10 (Didn't factor into placements though)

Most likely yes.
postgres=# select (games_played - games_won - games_lost) as LP, count(*) from r anked_stats group by (games_played - games_won - games_lost); lp | count ----+--------- 0 | 1152479 (1 row)

I figured as much since the total ranked games I've played in an odd number, when my win/loss is the same (51 total, 25W/25L), just wanted the confirmation.

I'm a bit confused about EHP and runes. I've made an excel document with different combinations of Flat HP/Flat AR seals and the EHP calculation (excluding items/masteries) seems to point to the fact that 9 Flat HP seals is more EHP against physical than any other combination of Flat HP/AR. Is this correct? Because then the argument boils down to whether you want to run scaling or flat, not the actual type (HP/AR) of rune.

I would assume Riot API provides the same data as it appears on their game client. But Riot could have made a mistake somewhere which causes inconsistencies.

As I recall, health is generally better at level 1, but falls off significantly as you level and when you have lifesteal/heals/shields.

The amount of damage you can take in lane before recalling is higher than your maximum health because of potions, doran's blade, hp regen, lifesteal, etc. Armor runes increase the EHP value of all of these, while Health runes do not.

Ok, seems like focusing on EHP is not a good way to determine rune choices as armor makes healing/lifesteal more effective.

Haven't we been through this like 8 times now.

no, armor quints and hp seals are the best unless you have good reason to rune more for offense than defense.

See, this is the problem with the rune debate.
The point of the rune changes was not to change which combination of runes in what slots was the best.
The point was to make it so that there was no clear blanket "best" combination.
Posts like the above assume that runes are still working the way they used to, when they are not.
What champion are you talking about? What lane are they playing in? What masteries are you using? Who is your lane opponent? What items are you buying? How do you want to play the lane?
These things all matter now, and didn't before.

That doesnt change what is best, it just makes it harder to figure out what is best.

Hai with the "Kassadin cosplay" lol

There's no option that'll be best for every single situation. Flat armour, flat health, scaling armour and scaling health are all good for different situations. That's the whole idea behind the changes.

Whoa that's pretty sick. Even with loco they woulda destroyed NA l0l.

God, this game is like crack. I just... can't... stay... away...
Also, I should just only play Pantheon and Karma for the rest of my life. Super fun.
