EPTMan would chaox/nien make that the most mediocre team I've seen in a long time. Not bad, not good just okay, they'd probably make 3rd in challenger playoffs and lose 1-3 to the 6th place team in relatively straight forward games

For me, at least, I noticed some things that CLG does well/better, but most of the improvement I noticed was Aphromoo being better than I expected, Deter being better than I expected/CLG's old junglers, and the Meta in general allowing teams to hide bad toplaners if they so chose. So, in my kinda crappy analysis: Nien doesn't matter so much (I mean, look at TSM v. CLG Game 3 for evidence of when he did) because of the meta, every lane coming out of laning being stronger because Dexter farms better and applies more pressure, and then most everything you do in League of Legends looking better when your team is ahead. | ||

The problem is you're only talking about "gaining" a lead. Yeah, Monte hasn't changed that. but CLG has learn to keep a lead, and close a lead. Remember last split? They had like longest average game time, constant 50+ min game, even when they get lead, cuz they manage to throw leads and shit. Now they've shortened it down to like 25 min wins, when they get early lead. | ||

Dunno why he sucked so hard in LCS lan setting  | ||

MashMe, otter, nothinghere, and even fabby are all better ADCs I've seen. | ||

Even tough they get alot of flack, in each of their role the team has the very top of the EU, they just need to stop choking on LAN and I think Alex can make up for that because of his experience. The only problem is that the team that will be relegated in summer will be super strong too and maybe a new strong team will rise from the challenger scene but anyway this team has a huge amount of potential. | ||
