Some times people are held back majorly by cooldowns compared to their contemporaries(Ziggs and Lux.) People with higher cooldowns get "more" out of CDR. | ||

@above: So pick tristana, heal reduc 1shot them? pick xinzhao, and just murder everything? pick eve, build morellos, and murder everything? heal is not OP in this mode. It's when champions have all 3: Heal Mobility Range Nidalee, Kayle are my top 2 picks for Stier. | ||
