His Q was also really slow on release so enemies would often dodge it without even meaning to. | ||

As for the mana glitch, at launch Lucian's Q would sometimes cost double. Also, his double shot AA wouldn't move the second shot to another enemy if the first shot killed enemy #1, so it was wasted dps. And I think Sheen wasn't proccing right on his AA as well, though I could be wrong with that one. | ||

His only actual important buff was the mana regen, which definitely helped, but he's not just good because he' a lane bully. He's strong all game, when mana becomes increasingly irrelevant. | ||

Very few people can make any sort of accurate judgment of a champ's strength purely on paper like that. If you told people a month ago that they were fixing that glitch, I'm sure the vast majority would say it won't make a difference. It's hardly surprising that most people learn to judge things empirically in such a complex game. | ||

Page 5 is TheOddOne's masteries for Vi. Page 9 is the support Annie masteries from one of the Korean supports, I don't remember if SKT or CJ. Page 10 was some quick jungle masteries for Olaf... | ||
