After playing more heimer I think he's weak. He can do a lot of stuff better now but his pushing is actually pretty slow/weak compared to like ziggs and much less safe. He's just too defensive to get much done and not actually that good at sieging compared to longer ranged champs like nid/ziggs/xerath. He's playable but doesn't excel enough at anything to be anywhere near good tier. decent CC decent pushing decent burst decent sustained damage not a recipe for greatness | ||

Either way, they're all going to max Q against you due to watching streams and get eaten alive by true damage. | ||
