i think it has to do a bit with several factors, including amount of work
like when you have a math worksheet worth 1% of your grade and a 5page essay that's worth 25% of another grade. the 5p essay is obviously more important and necessary but you can hammer out the math homework in 20 minutes so you do that first

Just took VU Garen for a spin.
Thoughts:
-Decisive strike feels better. I like hitting people, hitting Q, and then seeing Garen do a pale imitation of the Noxian Guillotine on an enemy. Feels good and makes me smile.
-No comment on the W
-Personally I think his Judgement feels better now, but what bugs me is that the animation of his sword swinging doesn't actually match the hit-box of judgement.
-I feel like something will explode when I use his ult. It feels so powerful. I like it.
-New dance is amazing
-I like his new joke as well
-His loading portrait looks weird to me. Like, why are we getting an upper body shot? I would have expected a full body shot or something. I mean, I know not all champions have a full body shot, but with Garen it just feels like... weird. I think its mostly that his whole body fills practically the entire frame. I don't know if anyone knows what I'm talking about, but maybe you do.

I think that in addition to the amount of VU work involved there are four other factors going into a champ VU:
- How badly does this champion need the rework? (triangle boot syndrome)
- Is this champ also getting an ability rework at the same time? (coordination can mean pushing it back or bringing it forward compared to other champs)
- Is this champ popular? (why remake Poppy when .001% of people like her and won't buy enough skins?)
- What unexpected workflow issues come up during development that delay everything? (replays HUEHUEHUEHUE)
I think Sivir probably just wasn't popular enough compared to the other champs, it's hard to compete with stuff like swordboots especially when he also suffers from triangle-foot.

Personally the only thing that irritates me is that every post he makes literally has to be an argument or a view opposite to something that is widely accepted. I don't think it's possible for PX to agree on anything with anyone.

saying that soraka is good at turning around fights and team fighting is hardly a difficult view to have. as those are literally the characters two strengths.

But turning around a gank? How She Counter gank better than an Udyr/Zac/Aatrox/Maokai/Rammus/Vi/J4/LS/Amummu? I mean sure, great she heals you and shreds your armor... but I'd much rather just CC other team under your tower and kill them rather than just kind of run with them while they over extended.
I dont think Soraka can keep them there long enough to kill them in a counter gank. I dont think Soraka shines in 2v2's, 3v3 and teamfighst yes, but small skirmishes I'd rather just have the CC in a small fight. I dunno, in 2v2 where two enemy champs have CC Soraka just get locked down and killed and it lulz.

It's not that. Maybe it's just that you think differently from other people or something? For example the Harley Quinn thing (I think you got warned for?). I don't think anyone at all shared your point of view and yet you continued to push it. There's probably a reason why people disagreed with you (and I want to say that people gave enough reasoning as to why) but you don't ever change your mind or back down in the face of overwhelming evidence.
