The new health regen items look like they're designed for aram once again.

Those aren't thresh nerfs. Those are let's change his numbers and hope people think he's balanced afterwards changes. Nothing short of giving thresh's q the same mana cost of blitz q, and that mana cost on his e is going to make me stop banning him. Or give him 0 armor at lvl 1, that might work.

Blitz is rather balanced, I just don't want people losing when they play russian roulette. Most blitz I've seen have lost the game because his hook isn't nearly as game changing as it used to be. Blitz is balanced around being melee. The fuck they are doing with thresh, I have no idea.

That would be wayyy overkill. Pretty sure he'd be useless then. Have to wait until like .. alot of souls to do anything, they'd have to give him armor per level if he started at 0 imo.

Not really. New champions are cool, but item changes generally have a much bigger impact on the meta/generate more interesting discussion.

I don't think this is actually the Lucian patch, he was just revealed, and champions always take at least 2 weeks, up to 5 or 6 weeks before actually being released.

Unless there's something I missed :p

New MR item seems to make it easier for tanky bruisers to handle Kennen and Elise in lane. As a Kennen player, this saddens me, but it's probably an objectively positive change.
