Actually, I believe the exact opposite. You bring yourself up with your main, and then you can switch to new heroes and learn faster because you're playing against better players. Better players = better environment to practice = faster learning = faster improvement = win. | ||

It depends on players more if you can just switch when you are high.If your goal is to just get high and go from there you should pick something very versatile like kayle and play her in 4 roles. | ||

By refusing to even consider supporting, you're considered a toxic player. You're actually probably in the tribunal queue if duo mid happens as often as I think it does in your case with you as a lower pick (I've personally reported every single one of them on my smurf). Also, at diamond, I haven't seen dual mid in ~250 games. You seriously need to consider picking up other roles, at a very minimum support. There's a fair number of people that can play a single champion to diamond (Zekent did 2.3k ELO S2 with poppy only IIRC on spamhappy) but even he was willing to play it in other positions, not by relentlessly going top. edit:: I wrote this before the 40% jungle thing came up. Good on you for learning jungle. Support is still a role that you should know though. Also, I just recalled why PrinceXizor was bouncing around my head. Wasn't he the guy who advocated pre-rework evelynn as an extremely strong laner or something? and then got smashed 1v1? (I'm sorry in advance if I'm wrong but the posting style seems really similar to what I remember) | ||

Somewhere in the Tribunal write-up it explicitly states that players will not be punished just for not following the meta. It's main focus is to stop afk/intentional feed/toxic chat. | ||
