nvm. I found a guy on stream lol. There's always a Jayce on stream. As suspected he lost all lane trades but against someone with low kill potential like shen it seemed all right. Plus the bonus of being offensive top is that you can build lifesteal and afford to lose all trades by 300 life XD.

Needs farm and blue, can do good damage and is fairly tanky, but you can just play Mundo instead if you want to fill that kind of niche with less farm. Also, there are items that pretty much hard counter him like Morello's. But fun to play with a fiddle and go CAW CAW MUTHAFUCKAAAAA

He is good against kiteable melee champs and when fed he can literally 1v3 people. There isn't much reason to pick him over Ryze though.

But fun to play with a fiddle and go CAW CAW MUTHAFUCKAAAAA He doesn't need blue in lane, in fact, he has very good mana sustain if you can last hit properly. He's just a forgotten champ like many others, and he's very good in the right hands.

His waveclear also is NP after 6 and he doesn't need a blue as all Swains rush Athenes as well. Remember Anivia waveclear is awful before 6 as well. I don't think he's awful but there's usually better options short ranged sustained damage ap mages that have to be in the middle of fight and have only skillshot cc are awful sadly

As far as i can tell most popular mid champs can get to and eliminate other squishies in teamfights with proper play or just do retarded aoe damage (im lookin at you karthus and ryze). You could pick him for his cc but then there are also much better options (like cho).

I personally thought it wouldn't be so bad if China won the All Stars Championship since it would be more likely we'll get to enjoy the talents of players such as Uzi, Cool, and LoveLin. Now I'll be praying everyday that Korea takes it. Imagine the group stages filled with teams like Evil Geniuses, Team We, and OMG. They will bore their oppositon into submission. imo china plays safe but if they have an advantage, they press it like no other. i've seen a ton of 18:00 baron attempts in the last few weeks. korea is definitely more ballsy. compared to NA though, china is way more exciting. at least china seizes opportunities. also in dota, chinese were known for being farmers before, but they were the more aggressive teams in TI2 and they continued to be more aggressive following that. on the other hand western teams have had games where they sacrifice lanes (as in, there's no one in that lane for one team, letting the other carry free-farm as they try and make plays elsewhere). let's not get ahead of ourselves and believe the reputation before actually watching a good chunk of games this reminds me of how flash in BW was known here as a boring turtle when a lot of his games at the time were actually exciting and aggressive and often times needed ingenuity because he'd fall into a pit early game and needed to come back in the mid and late game. but nope, had that reputation of being a turtle so everyone would call him that without actually watching the games...

he's not too bad in lane, but once out of lane he feels binary. either too squishy and gets blown up, or a never dying idgaf of crows
