If I cared about managerial upkeep of the places I eat at, I'd just eat at Costco everyday (zz). Am I wrong to think that if Papa John's is treating their employees poorly, they can just quit and go to another fast food chain? @_@ As for the actual pizza I had last night, it was not bad. Nothing like Pizza Orgasmica where I go to more frequently in SF but it's ok for the price (had I paid for it). I definitely wouldn't accept the price/size of their pizza without the pizza.gg coupon though. fk dat. Not that LoL related but Papa John's isn't worse than most other food chains in America. Food chains in general treat their employees like shit. Papa John's is just stupid and is very vocal about how badly they treat their employees. You can eat at Starbucks too. They have lunch items and treat their employees way better than most places! Costco works too though and their food tastes better to be honest.

That's pretty good for an AOE slow/shurelia's all in one. the big thing is that it's a slow and not a stun. nami is more or less reliant on hitting bubble, tidal wave is kinda.... ehhh.

When you accept horrible businesses and their practices and actually allow such businesses to get away with it, it only allows them to grow more and become more and more mainstream until they choke out good and local businesses. Home Depot and Lowe's did it to local hardware stores, so now after years we end up with China-made garbage that lasts 1-3 years instead of actually well made products that can last 30+ years. The food business is the same way. When you buy at a chain vs a local place that's money not going to the local parlor. I'd generally always try to support a local pizza parlor over a large food chain. Same for local diners vs places like IHOP. I know way too many really good local places that went out of business because of the idea of it being "snob mentality" and that the chain is "good enough" and "so close and blah blah *insert reason.*" The quality will generally steadily decline and people will just accept it if it's done quietly and good marketing was used to sell it. Like even pizza hut had a lot better quality when it first came out. Now it's pretty trash compared to what it used to be years ago. It's not being a "snob" it's about actually appreciating good things and supporting it. I also despise businesses that treat their workers like shit too, so that's another thing, especially ones arrogant enough to be open about it. But w/e, TL using Papa John's so i'll just shut up now. G_G yo, this post so so sooo much better than your previous one. Your comment about burnt taste buds was what was off-putting. It sounded more like a personal attack on obesechicken13 than on Papa John's. And I agree with everything you said. I like mom and pop joints better, esp when it comes to food. I guess it's a trade-off here. And most of us love TL enough to put up with substandard pizza (and restaurant practices).
