There's a difference between a stern coach who won't let people get away with shit, and an asshole coach who is just an asshole. I've played for both. Saint seems much closer to the latter(even going back to his days in CLG and his endless arguing with Hotshot).

I don't suppose anyone has experience beating AP yi as kassidin in lane? In theory it seems like you should be okay, cause you can silence his meditate, and if he moves back to meditate you can jump in to interrupt him. So I was maxing E in order to save my q, but there's not enough spell casts pre-6 in order to really do damage to him. I couldn't really do anything except hope he all-ins me and take him down with W + passive procs and q when he meditates. But if he only harasses me, it feels like pre-6 I'm completely neutered vs him.

Against squishy mages you can do a lot more than just farm under tower. Harass enough that you can farm not under tower, for example.

for someone like elementz who doesn't have good mechanics to begin with, being told he sucks by the world will just make him mess up more. But those few plays he did today were unacceptable though, total lack of judgment in pressure situations and straight up misclicking.

Maybe this is old news but this thread is moving too fast for me today. Tthe new unofficial PBE notes are up on reignofgaming, complete with balance changes (Thresh Q passive moved to E), poro secret (part of the new aram map), and hints at ashe/lissandra/sej quests similar to rengar/khazix. Oh yeah Olaf is from Frerljord too, didn't see that coming...

For some reason this makes me think of Peyton Manning swearing at Donald Brown for blocking the wrong guy, completely exposing him to a sack and forcing him to run for his life.
