Donating a million dollars to charity doesn't entitle you to be a dick and a troll the other 364 days of the year, and it doesn't reflect poorly on the people hating on you. In fact, if you take that line of thinking to its extreme, it's actually pretty retarded. "I've done my good deed for today, so I'm allowed to be a dick to you and you can't judge me for it"? No, performing some irrelevant good deed in the past doesn't somehow vindicate you for being a dick now. | ||

I do agree with your view though about performing a good deed isn't justification for performing a bad deed. Though I should stop here, it looks like I'm defending him too much. I just dislike it when people try to insult someone for something I don't see as a bad thing to do. And alleged accusations. And yeah, you could say that too. I've just never met anyone who thought Athene was a bad guy after meeting him in person. If he can act that down to earth, and stuff, he deserves an Oscar. Anyway, I apologize for this whole Athene derail, I just wanted to toss in my thoughts, since I used to be a hater as well. | ||
