EPTI agree that sometimes it's good to go 9/0/21 ( personally I run it on Ryze (standard) and sometimes tf because of the nice MS buff) but pls don't get the goldgain mastery... 4 points to get 2/5 of a regular gp/10 item, dafuq. you're better off with awareness or ms speed.

I think 9-0-21 is garbage. The CDR and MS are nice, but the loss of executioner, havoc, 6 AP, and spellsword really hurts. Exceptions: Ryze (have to run 9-0-21), Vladimir (can run 9-21-0 or 9-0-21), Swain, and Cassiopeia (imo 9-21-0 is better on them). | ||
