On NA it's about a 4hour window that's around ~3pm. During after school hours it's much easier to see the ragers and the people who spam surrender votes at 20minutes because they failed their lane and don't want to keep playing a game that can be won by other people.
That's my anecdotal ~1600 elo experience. Along with my 6/0 amumu that i build completely random items on usually, the new banner item pretty cool btw, with aegis i think it's ~+20 hp/5 regen for your team.

Oh my mistake, I figured he would have partially. Smart on him for starting now with all of the buzz surrounding him. It's a fun stream to watch, but I think really most are just wanting to see his temper.
I've always enjoyed Vman's stream, pretty good music and he has mellowed out a fair bit. So he typically does give a lot of insight during his games. Though he needs to invest in a second monitor tabbing kills him so much lol. I think if he can overcome his old image, he would gain more respect amongst his fellow eloers. He is looking to really start pushing for a team for the upcoming season. Not the one with Grackis either. Can't think of the two other people that are on it atm, but he is in talk with TRM to play top.

You get level 2 off of lizard/golem PLUS the two little ones. If you're not starting wraiths or wolves, the actual golem/lizard put you just short of 2.

I have no idea how people get games started. I've been queuing for almost half an hour now, and still haven't gotten a game. Just get people dodging all over the place. Must be the fact that today was last day of school for most sub-17's, who are more likely to have the NOT-SUPPORT mentality.
