Scarra definitely deals with a lot of the PR stuff a lot better than other players on the scene.
I think he once commented on the Dyrus leaking Dignitas's strategy thing with something like "I am sure Dyrus also felt really bad about the incident and probably affected his performance during his games against Azubu Frost." Now imagine if it was Dyrus leaking CLGNA's strategy and Doublelift was asked to comment on it.

you pretty much hit the nail on the head. playing with most of the NA scene besides the newcomers like chaox/doublelift/etc for years before they were pros, its hard to like any of them. Some of my favorite players are Lilballz, jiji, and reginald from playing with them back then. Many will obviously disagree with reginald but he was never anything but kind to me and seems like a pretty happy go lucky guy that is just dumb as shit.

Specifically, Liandry's does not function the same as Teemo E or Nautilus W. New sources of magic damage interrupt and overwrite the previous proc instead of extending it, meaning that if it was just about to tick it will reset before dealing damage. The practical upshot of this is that DoT abilities, Null Zone or Malefic Visions for example, have a tendency to "munch" procs and eat a lot of the potential damage. Liandry's ticks every half second, so you would normally expect 10-11 ticks when using the aforementioned abilities. In fact, you'll only see 6-7, or potentially fewer if both are used in conjunction.
Ultimately the amount of damage Liadry's will deal with DoTs is no better than a single target spell in the ideal case, and worse if two or more DoTs are out of sync.
