Squishy: When the class of junglers right now are skarner, maokai, mundo, and lee, (with the occasional malphite amumu olaf or shen) yes, noc is very squishy. You have no innate tankiness outside of W, and you have no escape mechanisms. You also can't build too defensively or you do less damage and utility compared to the guys mentioned above (again, your primary job is to dive carries). Yeah your post-6 ganks are scary and you have nice steroid from Q, but nocturne just doesn't do well with the little farm that junglers get these days. You really need phage/wit's and several defensive items to be worth anything lategame, and even then it's debatable you'll actually do enough damage to carries to kill or zone them without instantly blowing up yourself. Add in the fact that Nocturne is used to dive the enemy carries and now everyone plays blink champions, and he's even harder to justify. I don't think he's bad, especially solo queue, but teams right now are focused on having a more support-oriented jungler. | ||

Lee isnt picked that much either and he has escapes and jumps and doesn't have to engage and still falls off because he's squishy. | ||
