His slow also got reduced and his ulti damage did 25% base damage less too ^_^. Just like most champs, hit them with enough nerfs and you almost never see them again | ||

AP Kog was pretty good vs Assassins because you can sit so far away and still be doing things. Also, Malz ftw anyone? >.> I don't think Viktor is great at all vs Kat, hitting a good kat with E is fucking impossible, and if you ever miss or use it to CS she can just chunk you in your CD. Maybe if you like Maxed Q but I doubt that would work well. The only good thing about the matchup is that you have a .5 second silence on your ult, other than that Kat is directly the opposite of what you want to face with your E and W. I don't think its a bad matchup but its not a counterpick | ||
